Town plan of Le Quesnoy
Town plan of Le Quesnoy, an old fortress town. Key buildings and places are numbered and keyed. The Germans captured La Quesnoy in 1914 and held it until it was liberated 4 November 1918 when New Zealanders scaled the walls taking the remaining Germans prisoners.
