An illustrated manuscript presented to George Fairfowl Macarthur and his Wife on his retirement from The King's School in appreciation from the Old Boy's of Macquarie Fields and The King's School. Red leather cover with gold embossed GFM monogram and border . Inside cover lined with waterwave silk. Manscript is three pages. Pages 1-2 bordered by watercoloured Australian flowers and image of the Headmaster's house at The King's School and Macquarie Fields. Page three is a hand written list of subscribers to the manuscript, the cash gift referred to in the text and the Headmaster's portrait in the Trophy Room
