BC Egan WWII Summer Tunic
WWII Summer Khaki Drill tunic with Captain's insignia on the shoulders belonging to Bryan Colden Egan (TKS 1926-32) Service Number NX102519 In 1942 the khaki colour changed to jungle green so this tunic dates from before that colour change. Bryan , a lawyer was a Captain in the Army Service Corps unit in New Guinea when he was discharged 20 December 1944. Bryan enlisted 6 August 1942 as Sergeant. Transferred from the CMF to AIF.
