My Tiverton, Curiosity Clouds

My Body of Work uses a variety of materials, predominately ceramics to depict life on the land and the curiosities I collected as a child exploring my farm. In my artwork I use various items to reveal the different interesting materials that I found as I explored, played in the dirt, and grew up on the land. These items have transformed in meaning and necessity as I have grown and worked the land in a different capacity, learning the ‘trade’ passed down to me by my father, my grandfather and the five generations before that.
